The works consisted of pre-finished joinery to the apartments including bar units and bespoke joinery items to the enhanced units.

The corridors benefit from a unique Fiddleback Sycamore veneer in a chessboard pattern. The gym/ swimming pool and other utility areas were also finished in unique joinery options.
