The project consisted of 2 phases. Phase 1 being structural alteration works including overhauling of existing windows, floor strengthening works, new sub-floor within the bathroom and bedroom areas.

Phase 2 was the fit out works including new panelled doors and frames with feature mouldings, timber wall panelling, bathroom vanity units, wardrobes, feature joinery including a marquetry office unit replicating the external front elevation of the building.
